An external flight of stairs leads up to the top floor of Villa Loreta with breathtaking views of the sea.

Immediately you will be struck by the huge shaded Veranda featuring a massive tiled table, a Weber gas grill station, and a functional work area with a stone carved sink. You will be happy to spend a lot of time here gazing at the sea while having a meal or a drink!

The lawn next to the Veranda is perfect for sunbathing or for kids to to play. Lastly there is a nice hammock in the shade of the pine trees, perfect for an afternoon nap.

Inside, Villa Loreta features a large, luminous and panoramic open-concept living and dining area. Light colour schemes, high ceilings and quality furnishings all make for an extremely pleasant and refined environment.

For total comfort and cosiness all year round, the apartment benefits from a wood fireplace as well as an air-conditioning system. You will also find a desk from which to work if necessary and you will have complimentary access to wi-fi.

Connected to the living area is the large, fully-equipped and contemporary kitchen. At the far end of the living area, a small hallway leads to the three generously proportioned and elegant bedrooms

The master bedroom enjoys beautiful views of the Adriatic and has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. There are two more bedrooms available: the first can be arranged as a twin or a double, whereas the second has two separate, extra-wide beds measuring 120cm each.

The sleeping area is completed by the main bathroom where you will find a second modern shower as well as large 7kg washing machine which can be very handy.

All three bedrooms have beautiful views of the sea or the garden and enjoy perfect peace and tranquillity

The top floor terrace is further equipped with some outdoor sofa’s for you to relax or read a book, always enjoying the sea view.
